TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW-TV) - The Topeka Police Department says a man was killed after he crashed his motorcycle in western Topeka Sunday night.
Police responded to a one vehicle accident at 22nd Terrace and Westport Drive around 11:30 PM. Upon arrival officers say they found a motorcycle down next to the road and a man with life threatening injuries lying in the grass.
The man, who has been identified as Devin Falley, 24, was transported to a local hospital by AMR, but was later pronounced dead upon arrival.
Accident reconstruction was on scene conducting an investigation early Monday morning.
