TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Topeka Police say two people are in the hospital after an overnight shooting.
Officers were called to 3924 Humboldt at 12:10 a.m. When they arrived, they found the two victims with gunshot wounds.
One of them has life-threatening injuries. They've identified the two victims as Ashley Smith, 26, and Anna Swanson, 31, both of Topeka.
Both were taken to a local hospital, one with life-threatening injuries.
Detectives also responded to the scene. The investigation continues. Authorities ask anyone with information to call detectives at 368-9400, or Crime Stoppers at 234-0007.
