OLATHE, Kan. (AP) _ An Olathe man has been found guilty of killing his wife's live-in caretaker.
Sixty-year-old Stephen M. Collier was convicted Friday of second-degree murder in the December killing of 54-year-old Susanne Goslin.
Goslin cared for Molly Collier, who suffered from several health issues.
The Kansas City Star reports Collier testified that Goslin was holding a gun to her head and it went off when he tried to take the weapon from her.
But a doctor who conducted the autopsy testified that he did not find powder residue that should have been on Goslin if she had shot herself.
