TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - No one suffered serious injuries following a three car accident this afternoon.
Police were called to the intersection of SW 21st & Western around 3:00 p.m. on reports of an accident involving a passenger car, a loader back hoe and another city vehicle.
Officials say the loader back hoe was turning left when he hit the ford taurus, causing it to spin into another city vehicle.
The driver of the taurus suffered minor injuries as a result of the airbag deployment but refused medical treatment on scene.
