TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The Kansas Department of Transportation has made it easier for travelers to get around the state.
You can now get the latest traffic information, weather warnings and alerts through a text message or email.
The "My Kansas 511" allows travelers to select a route, time of day and type of information they would like to receive.
To sign up for the free service, visit KDOT's traveler information portal at www.kandrive.org.
