TOPEKA. Kan (WIBW)-- The Kansas Turnpike Authority is making a change to make it simpler, and cheaper to travel on the Kansas Turnpike.
KTA has a brand new K-TAG program that is free and available at www.myktag.com, select retail locations or by calling K-TAG customer service.
The program will save 15% on most passenger vehicles and eliminates the monthly or yearly fees.
Additionally, the program will be shared with Oklahoma and by the end of 2014, the K-TAG will allow motorists to use just one electronic toll device in Kansas and Oklahoma.
