TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The public is invited to speak out about Topeka neighborhoods.
The City of Topeka is holding a Neighborhood Summit from 10 am to noon, Saturday, April 19, at the downtown Ramada Hotel. Participants are invited to share their thoughts about what's working and what the city can improve.
City leaders, including Mayor Larry Wolgast and City Manager Jim Colson, will take part.
