TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- The North Topeka Arts District celebrated spring on Saturday (4/7) with an artistic attraction.
NOTO supporters, organizers and dignitaries cut the ribbon for the grand opening of the new NOTO Saturday Market.
The celebration featured live entertainment, clowns and dancers.
The Saturday Market, near the Memorial Bridge on the North end of Kansas Avenue, gave visitors a chance to shop arts, antiques, fine crafts and fresh eats.
Organizers say the attraction will bring more business to the historic district.
The NOTO Saturday Market will be open each week, Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., until Fall.
