Blues And BBQ Draws Dancers And Diners To NOTO

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Music and the smell of delicious barbecue filled the air as locals danced and enjoyed an evening on kansas avenue, dancing and dining in the NOTO Arts District.

Shop owners say the Blues and BBQ Streetfest a great way for people to come relax and get to know their local businesses.

The fundraiser benefits the NOTO Arts District.
