TOPEKA, Kan(WIBW)--Crafts continued for a second day today at the Mulvane Mountain - Plains Art Fair.
More than 90 artists from 15 states vied for the artist awards announced Sunday.
Topekan Stephanie Munoz O'Neal received best of show. Angie Pickman of Lawrence was awarded for best 2-dimensional art and William McReynolds received best in 3-dimensional.
