A Missouri man pleaded no contest Monday to charges stemming from a 2013 fatal wreck.

KMAN Radio reports Riley County Chief Judge Meryl Wilson accepted Daniel Nitchman's plea and found him guilty.

Nitchman was driving westbound on I-70 in September 2013 when he fell asleep, causing his truck to drift off the road into a ditch. He struck 31-year-old Samantha Coleman, who was standing next to her broken down vehicle. Coleman died as a result.

Sentencing is set for May 5th.
