MAYETTA, Kan. (WIBW) -- The Jackson County Sheriff's Office made a drug arrest after serving a search warrant at 16072 L.4 Lane, Mayetta, Thursday.
Authorities say the search warrant was the result of deputies attempting to serve an arrest warrant at the residence.
Patrick Ray Potts, 25, Mayetta, was arrested at the scene. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and aggravated endangering of a child.
According to authorities Friday morning, Potts was being held in the custody of the Jackson County Sheriff. Bond is pending.
Potawatomi Tribal Police assisted with the incident.
