TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- A memorial fund has been set up for a Topeka man killed Sunday night in a north Topeka mobile home park.
Stephen Coen, 29, was killed, and his brother, Oliver Evans, 21, was severely injured. The shooting victims were found when their car struck a tree near 1900 NW Lyman.
Marshall Stewart IV, 28, is charged with first degree murder in Coen's death.
