TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- A 74-year-old man was robbed Sunday afternoon (6/17) in his own home.

Topeka Police say it happened at about 2:30 p.m., at 718 SW Lincoln. Police say Albert Meade Jr., 21, of Melvern, entered the home, asking for money, and offering sex in return.

When resident Elmer Zeeb refused, the man stole Zeeb's television and left the house.

Meade was booked into the Shawnee County Jail on aggravated burglary and misdemeanor theft.
