A Marshall county man is dead after a car accident just west of Marysville.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says that Craig Moehlenbrink, 48, of Bremen was traveling west on US 36 Highway just after 8 p.m. Wednesday when the crash happened.
His car was struck on the driver's side by a car driven by Sherilyn Pacha, 48, of Herkimer who was attempting to cross the highway on 6th road.
Moehlenbrink died from his injuries.
KHP says Pacha, who was not wearing a seat belt, and a passenger in Moehlenbrink's car, Reece Moehlenbrink, 12, were both taken to Community Memorial Hospital.
Both Craig and Reece Moehlenbrink were wearing their seat belt.
