TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Nearly four years after a deadly head-on collision, a 20 year-old Meriden man is charged with involuntary manslaughter and driving under the influence.
Police said Aaron Meade was booked on four counts last Friday. He is being held on $50,000 bond.
In March 2010, police say, Meade was heading north on K4 when he crossed the center line and hit a southbound car driven by 50 year-oold Neil Highsmith.
Highsmith was pronounced dead at the scene.
