(WIBW) - A Sabetha man has died from injuries suffered in an explosion earlier this month.

63-year old Roger Brockhoff passed away last Thursday at KU Medical Center in Kansas City as a result of injuries he suffered in an April 4th explosion at Brockhoff Manufacturing. It happened as he and another employee were attempting to remove a motor from a grain auger. KNZA Radio reports the cause of the explosion isn't yet known.

A memorial service is set for 10:30 am Saturday at Sabetha High School.

The other employee was treated for minor injuries and released shortly after the incident.
