TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- A man was taken to the hospital after being shot in southeast Topeka early Monday morning.
Topeka Police dispatchers say the shooting happened in the 700 block of SE 28th St. sometime around 3 a.m.
Officials say a man was taken to the hospital with injuries not considered to be life-threatening. No details about the man's name or age were released.
Dispatchers had no suspect information available Monday morning. Anyone with information about what happened is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 234-0007.
