Fatal Motorcycle Accident Victim Identified

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Police have released the name of a man killed during a motorcycle accident in Southeast Topeka on Saturday (6/9).

Topeka Police Monday identified the victim as 48-year-old Kevin McMahan of Topeka.

The accident happened east of S.E. 15th and Hudson, at 15th and Yale.

Topeka Police say it appears the driver hit a tree, left the roadway, and was ejected from his motorcycle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are still investigating.
