(WIBW) - One person was killed in a one car rollover accident Sunday near the Potawatomi Indian reservation in Jackson County.
Tribal Police said Wednesday that officers were called to 198th Road near I Road around 7:45 am Sunday.
When crews arrived, they found one vehicle on its side. The male driver was dead. Authorities say he was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected. His name isn't being released.
Police say alcohol was a contributing factor.
