TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Michael Clark, 22, was arrested just after 2 a.m. Thursday after officers responded to a shooting call in the 1100 block of SW Clay.
No one reported injuries as a result of the shots being fired.
The Topeka Capital-Journal reports Clark is being held in connection with drug offenses and criminal use of a firearm.
