Man Wanted For Failure To Appear
HIAWATHA, Kan. (WIBW) -- The Brown County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help finding 32-year-old James "Jamie" Spicer.
They say he is wanted on a county warrant for Felony Failure to Appear.
Anyone who sees Spicer, or knows where he is, is asked to call the Brown County Sheriff's Office at (785) 742-7125.
