TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Topeka Police are on the hunt for three black men accused of shooting a man in the torso Wednesday morning.
It happened just before 2:14 a.m. in the 400 block of SE 34th Street. Police say the three suspects attempted to rob two men in that area. One of those men tried to run, but was chased by two of the suspects and shot in the torso. That victim is described as a white male in his 30's. His name has not been released. He was taken by ambulance to Stormont Vail.
The three suspects, police say, were all wearing dark clothing and had their faces covered. Police say the suspects range in height from 5'10" to 6' tall.
