TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A man was not injured after being pinned between two cars at Thursday's food giveaway.
Capitol Police tell 13 News that 71-year-old Sam Fox was putting food in the trunk of a car at the Kansas Neurological Institute when the incident occurred around 10:00 a.m.
A woman's foot slipped off her brake as she was waiting in line behind the Buick Fox was loading up with food.
He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
No citations were issued because the incident happened in a parking lot.
