TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)--A man suffered a small laceration on his head after crashing his car into a tree Saturday night.
It happened near 53rd and Burlingame just before 11:30.
The black 2008 Mazda 6 was traveling eastbound when the driver failed to stop at the stop sign. The man continued through the intersection and then hit a tree.
He was treated at the scene and refused to be transported by AMR.
He was arrested for DUI and transported to the Shawnee County Department of Corrections.
