TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A Topeka man was arrested Monday after authorities spotted him on a highway flyover that connects I-70 and I-470.
According to Topeka Police, a Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper spotted Dallas Pasley, 26, just before 6 a.m.
After resisting arrest, it was determined that Pasley was a danger to himself, and others, and he was taken into custody.
KHP was notified that Pasley was a person of interest in another incident around 4 a.m. Monday. Pasley was then booked onto the department of corrections on rape charges.
