Local Woman Celebrates A Birthday Milestone
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- One special lady celebrated a very special birthday today.
Ruby gilbert turned 100 years old today. Her friends and family gathered with her at the Crestview United Methodist Church to help her celebrate this milestone.
