TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)__ Rain put a damper on festivities at the governor's mansion Saturday, but it did not totally spoil the fun.

Lots of kids and families, along with the Easter bunny, showed up for the soggy Easter egg hunt that was delayed one hour today as showers moved through the area.

Gov.Sam Brownback and first lady Mary Brownback hosted the hunt at Cedar Crest Mansion.

Country Legends 106-9 broadcasted live from the egg hunt and buses shuttled the attendees from security benefit to the event.
