TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)__ Super Saturday for the Shawnee County Historical Society took kids on a trip back in time.
Kids made a visit to the John and Mary Jane Ritchie House and the Cox Communications Heritage Educational Center.
They learned about the different types of toys the pioneers played with and got a lesson on how to properly fold our countrys' flag.
It was all part of history camp for kids where they also learned about John Ritchie and the significance he played in Kansas History.
