KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) _ A northeastern Kansas man is going to prison for producing child pornography involving a 3-year-old boy.
The U.S. Attorney's office said Wednesday that 30-year-old Steven Miller was sentenced this week to 10 years behind bars.
Miller pleaded guilty earlier this year, admitting he produced child porn found by investigators on computer hard drives. The photos showed Miller sexually abusing the 3-year-old boy.
Prosecutors said the abuse took place in 2003 while Miller was living in Overland Park.
