TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Kansas schools will soon have an easier time saying "wee" to teaching French.

Kansas Education Commissioner Dr. Diane DeBacker and recteur of the Academie d'Orleans-Tours Marie Reynier signed an agreement Friday over video conference.

The agreement supports the development of collaborative projects between schools, student exchanges and apprenticeships, and teacher exchanges.

Kansas has a similar agreement with Spain and China.
