TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- The Kansas Association of Broadcasters is holding an over-the-air event for the United Service Organization on February 4.
TV and radio stations throughout Kansas will run special segments on-air from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to ask the community to donate to the USO.
About 50 stations will participate.
Anyone donating $25 dollars or more will receive a USO t-shirt.
The USO is a non-profit, private program that offers assistance, services and programs to America's troops and their families.
