Kan. Bank Employee Pleads Guilty In Robbery

TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) _ A former Topeka bank employee will be
sentenced next year for helping in a robbery at a cash machine.

The U.S. Attorney's office says 22-year-old Tracie Bacon pleaded
guilty Monday to one count of bank robbery. The Topeka woman

Union on Aug. 9.

Bacon worked at the bank and admitted telling Moore when
employees would be filling the automatic teller machine.

Moore pleaded guilty earlier and faces sentencing Dec. 12. He
admitted holding up two employees when they stepped outside the
bank carrying cash to refill the ATM.

Bacon is set for sentencing Feb. 6. Moore is set for sentencing
