Craig Collins Law License Decision
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A Topeka attorney will lose his law license for one year.
The Kansas Supreme Court made the decision Friday based on disciplinary complaints against Craig Collins.
A review panel found Collins over-drafted his trust account and didn't prepare tax returns for two clients for ten years. The Court agreed Collins' actions resulted in an unnecessary and expensive tax seizure for the clients.
Collins must serve a one-year suspension then face a hearing before his license would be reinstated.
