MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- A Kansas State University student is facing charges after police say he was caught with stolen items from various offices on campus.
The Kansas State University Police Department released the following statement Thursday on the case: "A K-State student was arrested after the K-State Police recovered over $2,000 in stolen property after a search warrant was served in the student housing area on campus. The arrest was a result of an ongoing investigation of burglaries to offices on campus. The investigation is ongoing and no further information is available. Arrested in the case was Jared A Hardinger, 22."
Hardinger was arrested and charged with Burglary, Theft, Criminal Damage to Property, Possession of Marijuana and Computer Crime.
