Jury Trial Delayed For Murder Suspect

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- One of the suspects in a Topeka murder case has had his jury trial delayed.

Eddie Gordon was set to be on trial Monday, but court records show a judge last week moved the trial to October 11th.

Gordon is one of three people charged in last November's shooting death of Vincent Lambert Junior.

Ebony Cherrell Clark will testify against the other two suspects in exchange, lessening her charges. Clark's sentencing is now July 21st.

Further information on the third suspect, Ira Gordon,Junior, isn't available, since his case is in juvenile court.
