(WIBW) - Authorities in Jefferson County are keeping an eye out for a pair of burglary suspects.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office says deputies were called Sunday afternoon to a burglary in progress in a rural area near Oskaloosa. They say two suspects shoved the victim to the ground, stole items then fled in a car.

Authorities say the vehicle went off the road near 62nd and Republic Road and caught fire. The suspects ran.

Authorities searched by air and ground, but, so far, have not found them.
