TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Authorities continue investigating an accident that claimed the life of a highway worker.
22-year old Curtis Harlan from Arma, in southeast Kansas near Pittsburg, died when a car driven by 41-year old Kyle Snider of Topeka hit him Sunday morning in a construction zone on I-470, under 25th street.
Snider was booked on a city municipal warrant, then released on bond.
The Kansas Highway Patrol will forward reports to the District Attorney for review of any charges related to the accident.
