House That Was Scene Of BTK Murder To Be Auctioned

A Park City home where one of the BTK murders occurred is being sold at a real estate auction.

In 1985, Dennis Radar killed 53-year-old Marine Hedge at her home at 6254 Independence in Park City. Rader lived on the same street.

That 960 square-foot house is now set for auction on August 27 at 6 p.m. The fact that the residence is linked to a BTK murder is listed on the auction information flier.

Dennis Rader, 68, was convicted in 2005 of killing 10 people. He is serving a life sentence in prison. The BTK murders began in 1974 and ended in 1991.
