Homemade Explosives Puts Man Behind Bars

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) A Topeka man was arrested Wednesday night after authorities discovered explosives in his home.

Topeka Police arrested Bill J. Grame, 37, on charges of criminal possession of explosives and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers made the arrest after they discovered illegal narcotics and homemade explosives at a residence in the 900 block of Northeast Michigan around 8 p.m. Wednesday evening.

The investigation continues and anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 785-234-0007.
