HOLTON, Kan. (WIBW)-It was an afternoon full of thanks and cheer in Holton. Community residents started off their Thanksgiving meal with a bit of cheer singing the song country roads.
Amongst all the laughter and fun attendees got to fill up on some turkey, mashed potatoes and stuffing...
Coordinators see the feast as a great way to bring the community together.
Residents were also remembering the woman who started Jackson County's turkey dinner -- Edna Devader, who passed away 15 years ago today.
