TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Beautiful music was heard by all today at Washburn University.
The Washburn Holiday Vespers came to White Concert Hall today to fill the hearts and minds with traditional holiday songs and melodies.
The percussion ensemble,orchestra and choir led the concert audience with beautiful Christmas songs that young and old could enjoy.
The doors opened at 3:30 P.M. with no admission and open seating to the public. This year the Holiday Vespers helped a local PBS station win a Emmy Award for its 2011 holiday concert.
