Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office detectives are attempting to identify an unknown black male subject who was caught on video surveillance March 31, 2011 at a local Topeka bank ATM machine.
This male subject is wanted in connection with the illegal felony use of a financial card and theft. This suspect is described as a black male in his late 20’s to early 30’s with black hair and a mustache.
