Hearing Set In Capital Murder Case

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - The next court date is set for the man accused of murdering eight-year old Ahliyah Irvin last Tuesday.

Billy Davis faces 10 charges in the case including capitol murder and rape.

Irvin's body was found in an apartment complex in the 2400 block of SE Bellview. Davis was arrested hours later.

A docket hearing is scheduled for March 29th.
