TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A preliminary hearing for a Topeka woman charged with helping her late husband avoid arrest in a 2009 murder is delayed.

Rebecca Hollister will instead have a motions hearing June 17th.

The Hiawatha World reports Hollister's attorney filed a motion at the end of March to dismiss charges against her, stating she was granted immunity back in March of 2010.

The judge will hear oral arguments at the June hearing to determine if the case will move forward.
