TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A hearing for a teen accused of plotting an attack at his high school was delayed.
A hearing on a motion to try Brendan Moore as an adult was scheduled for Wednesday. It is pushed back to July 19th.
Moore was charged January 15th with four counts of solicitation to commit first degree murder. He is accused of planning to kill two school administrators, a USD 501 resource officer and a Topeka Police officer at Topeka West High School.
In April, Shawnee Co. District Court Judge Joseph Johnson ordered that Moore undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
