The preliminary hearing for Jason Hachmeister Friday. He's charged with first degree murder in connection with the death of his mother, Sheila Hachmeister.
She was found dead one year ago in the home they shared at 3520 Southwest Belle.
Police say it was Jason who made the 911 call. Hachmeister was arrested three months after his mother's death.
Shawnee County district court judge Richard Anderson will determine if there's enough evidence to bound Hachmeister over for trial.
