EDGAR, Neb. (10/11 News)-- Two people were injured in a grain bin explosion just east of Edgar, which is southeast of Hastings.
The Clay County, Nebraska Sheriff's Department told WIBW-TV's sister station, 1011 News in Lincoln, Neb., that it happened around 4:30 pm Friday at the Aurora Cooperative Sedan Terminal.
Authorities said a farmer was unloading grain in an elevator and his employee was with the truck in the driveway when there was an explosion.
Both were burned and taken to a Lincoln hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
The State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.
