Governor's Mental Health Task Force Meets In Manhattan

MANHATTAN, Kan, (WIBW)-Officials from across the state are finding efficient ways to help those with mental illness.

The Governor's Mental Health Task Force met in Manhatttan Wednesday.

Judges, law enforcement officials and educators from across Kansas say they want to be able to support those who have a mental illness by helping them with housing, and employment plans.

Wednesday's meeting was open to the public and the Governor's Task Force meets monthly.
