TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A young girl hospitalized since an accident at an apartment complex swimming pool has died.
Topeka Police confirm the 10-year old girl passed away Monday at a hospital.
The girl nearly drowned May 20th at the University Heights Apartments, SW 15th and Lane. Resuscitation efforts were successful, but the girl's condition remained critical.
Her identity has not been released.
